The Terms of Participation

 

Registration Fee

Participation in the Conference is free. No registration fee is required.

Participation with a Report

1. In case of participation with a report it is necessary to fill the application form which is available on the Conference web-site ebw.mpei.ru/en or send a request by mail ebw2023@mail.ru.

2. Full text of reports made in accordance with the requirements (available on the

conference web-site ebw.mpei.ru/en) should be submitted to E-mail:  ebw2023@mail.ru before September 15, 2023.

3. All reports will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee of the Conference.

4. Successfully reviewed reports in Russian will be published in a special supplement of the “Welding Production” journal and posted in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru integrated with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Participation without Report

In case of participation without a report, it is necessary to fill the application form,

which is available on the Conference web-site ebw.mpei.ru/en or send a request by

mail ebw2023@mail.ru before October 15, 2023.

Official Languages

Russian and English.

The accommodation of the participants is available in  hotel on prior request (until 30 September 2023)

to the Organizing Committee.
