Registration Fee
Participation in the Conference is free. No registration fee is required.
Participation with a Report
1. In case of participation with a report it is necessary to fill the application form which is available on the Conference web-site
ebw.mpei.ru/en or send a request by mail ebw2021@mail.ru before July 30, 2021.
2. Full text of reports made in accordance with the requirements (available on the
conference web-site
ebw.mpei.ru/en) should be submitted to E-mail:
ebw2021@mail.ru before September 15, 2021.
3. All reports will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee of the Conference.
4. Successfully reviewed reports in Russian will be published in a special supplement of the “Welding Production” journal and posted in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru integrated with the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
5. Optionally, reports can be published in the journal indexed in the Scopus database.
Participation without Report
In case of participation without a report, it is necessary to fill the application form,

Official Languages
Russian and English.
The accommodation of the participants is available in MPEI hotel on prior request (until 30 September 2021)
to the Organizing Committee.
